Thanks for the responses. The timing is set at 16 degrees initial and 34 degrees total. I had done some testing a couple of years ago and with 38 degrees total I did not make as much top end power so I backed it off to 34 degrees total.
I will check the spring installed height and see what that looks like. When I got the cam I mentioned my springs to the advisor and they gave me the ok but I can see that they could be an issue especially if they have worn some and have lost some of their spring.
I noticed the listing of the 914, 950 and 978 springs but I am unclear what the advantage of those over the recommended 924 and 930 springs? Is it possible the 924 and 930 springs would not fit? Just a bit unclear on this.
