Cam position?

Need some advice from you cam guru's my engine specs are as follows
351c, .030, 2vOC heads 70cc home port cleanup, new ss 2v valves,
1.7 roller tip rockers, performer 2v intake, try y extractors,
speed pro hyper pistons flat tops, std rods arp nuts.
comp ratio 9.62. dynamic ratio early 7.0's
this is the cam i have chosen cam dynamics energiser 133042
272/272 216 @ 50, 524 lift icl 105 exh cl 115
timming @ .004

Should this cam be advanced to increase dynamic comp
or be retarted to a more favarouble inlet closing position?

Car is a falcon gt coupe( Mad Max which they have started filming mm4)
top loader 3.25 gears & just a weekend cruiser & mostly standard looking!
