Tod, this is where a 9.5" deck height would shine. 4.125 bore X 4.125 stroke gives you 441 cubes. You could use a 1.190 pin height Cleveland piston and a 6.250 SBC connecting rod. (Same pin height as a 9.2 deck height with 4" stroke and a 6" rod uses). If Scott Cook could make his dual plane intake for a 9.5" deck Cleveland it would make a great combo. Heck it should make 650-700 HP @ 6400-6700 RPM's with a CHI or Scotts heads. And should fit under most factory hoods. Be a prefect street strip engine.
