It is a Crane Mechanical Roller. Part Number 528371, Grind R-246/3236-2-8 Specs are Lift: I 560 E 585 Duration @ 050: I 246 E 256

Actually has less overlap figures than the 238/248 solid cam that looks smaller. IIRC, it is also on 110 or 112 lobe centers, making it a bit milder than the 238 version on the 108 LCA. You'll want at least 10:1, maybe 10.5+ with gears and a performance converter to run it.
