Blue Thunder FYI...

We have a set of Blue Thunder heads that when we pressure check them, they leak right through the casting.
They do have 2 seasons on them and they were not pressure checked when they were new.
I am not trying to smear BT, but I just want to advise anyone that even new castings can leak and should be checked.

Wow....I am surprised to hear that Tim.

Are they the 3.6 or 4.3 BT heads? Where are the leaks occurring? This is a completely N/A application? You have furnished sound advice for us all since BT is among the most highly regarded cylinder heads on the market.

The guy I sometimes use for head work checks everything aluminum with no regard to the name on the shipping box.
