Hmm... I don't know what those things are that Larry made, but they sound fantastic!! When my family makes klatskis they are like little filled pockets- like a Lithuanian version of ravioli. Here is our dough recipe.
2 cups flour
salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
about 1/4 milk
I make it in the food processor and add about half the milk at a time and only add enough to just bind the dough. Process until it comes into a ball and then roll out in little pieces. During the year we fill them with just about anything chopped up, but at Christmas we use farmer's cheese and mushroom.
