Just wanted to share with you that I came across a new Baltic cookbook in my local library. It is titled: The Food and Cooking of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Traditions - Ingredients - Tastes - Techniques (2009) by Silvena Johen Lauta. It contains modern and contemporary recipes as well as some traditional favourites.
