I have a recipe from the newspaper for Lithuanian butter pastries. It calls for 1 cup cold water in the ingredients. The how-to part does not mention anything about cold water in it at all. Help.
Butter, cream cheese, grated lemon rind, sugar, salt, flour, dried apricots, sugar and 1 cup cold water are the ingredients. I would like to make this recipe but don't know what to do with the cold water.
