Response to So I take it....
After the safety briefing let's look at the bait.

At home practice holding him (with harness and sled attached with his body weight) and having a handler about 5 or ten feet ahead of him saying come get it. Hold onto him then let him gooooooooo!
Have the handler run/sprint in front of him for 60 feet. There you go.
