We have an unregistered mare (Peruvian Paso?) that has been breed three previous times to a full blooded Friesian and all three times has produced beautiful babies. We have the product of the last breeding and he is a beauty and 6 months old now. We have been concidering selling Athena and never really thought to lease her. If interested let us know. Good luck.
