I don't know why Reinhard would want to use sandpaper, Squeaky, do you? He can use our litter box any time he likes. We keep it very nice and clean.
Sandpaper is strictly for cleaning the V2 combustion chambers and tissue paper is for decorating, especially if it has roses on it. I learned that at my mother's knee.
