The frogs are decorating the dining room for the Captain's anniversary party.
Ducky is supervising them because if she turns her back they will strew bathroom tissue all over, and it's in short supply.
(The Grumblers, you know, use quite a bit.) The frogs think bathroom tissue is very festive for some reason.
The Danish Chef is very busy creating exotic specialties
for the occasion and Carnaby says he is going to sample the Kilkenny Cream to make sure it's good enough for us to toast the Captain. (I hope there's some left afterward.)
There will be NO cream soda, Piaf.
