Though I can see the point in requiring Nooki to be leashed ( didja ever see a dog drool so much ?), I believe a leash would prevent Fang from performing his duties. He's a trained Security/Police Dog , and Private Investigator , with diplomas in Karate , Tae Kwon Do , and Thai Dim Sim.
