Recent research has revealed that the dreaded Klingons ( marauders of the space lanes etc. ) are unusually sensitive to some levels of sound..... A human voice straining for a high note , or the clink of bottles or glasses will send them scurrying for their nearest soundproof shelter.... So all crew and passengers are now urged to sing up and drink up ! That'sh un orrder hic !
