If this carries on, I'm running out of delicacies to be served to passengers and crew !
Two years ago I had to save the frogs and to cancel a fine captain's dinner (frog legs sauteed in garlic oil)
Now the worms !!!!! How to feed them ???
Next (I fear) will be the cornflakes demanding to be fed, instead of being fed upon.

Some practical advice...

All you need to do for Corn Flakes, is to leave them soaking in milk, addition of sugar is optional.
Given enough time, they will eventually re-generate as as blue/green furry looking mess.

I've never taken this experiment ( from my bachelor days) to a higher level, ... but who knows what might hapen ?

dancing

We are going to have a Mexican hat dance on the dining room table this evening. It is a surprise for the Opera Director. We all want to be part of the core de ballet, you see, so we are putting on our pointe shoes and we are going to dance our little hearts out.

Piaf says if we can jump in time to the music we will be doing a lot better than some of the others, so I have high expectations. She says that the last time Mrs. Grundy tried to jump there were unexpected consequences. (I wonder what she means.)

Great performance !

The Mexican worms delivered a high-spirited dance at the dinner table !
Will stage the ballet "Giselle" with them as corps du ballet. In the second act, on the graveyard, normally the ghosts of all inhabitants dance around, until Giselle emerges from her grave (a fine solo part for Piaf
As our opera crew is short of ghost dancers, I plan a more realistic setup
Together with Giselle, the worms will rise from the grave and do a danse macabre.

The stated reference to Mrs Grundy's jump...

No doubt it was a reference to the violent tremors that started Incredibable shaking so much that even the Klingons asked if we needed help.

To the Opera Director..

Sir, I humbly submit the suggestion that as many worms as possible should be enlisted in our dancing troupe, for reasons of economy. ( The budget for shoes should automaticaly be reduced significantly!)
