Party Preparations

Wake up Squeaky. We're having a seventh anniversary party for the Captain and there are lots of preparations. The Danish Chef is baking his 7 layer double chocolate cake and he needs help keeping fingers and paws away while he is working.

Fang and Casey are guarding the kitchen so the rest of us will decorate. Watch the frogs. You know how they become excessive with the bathroom tissue. I don't think it's considered in good taste, so just let them use a little.

Oh Gawwsh !

I appreciate the thought, folks..... BUT .....

Is it really necessary for the Danish chef to keep me chained to the swimming pool ladder while he bakes my cake ?

I never dip my fingers in his dough while he's baking,,,, well... hardly ever ... not recently anyway .... not for days, in fact!

( Licking the spoon doen't REALLY count ... does it ?)

Sorry, Captain -

- but we had to keep you in chains.
Mrs. Grundy told the Danish Chef, that you came out of the pantry with the biggest soup ladle in hand, then hid the scoop under your captain's cap, and told her, you need it to keep the frogs away at your next visit to the pantry.

After having gotten orders from the captain about his Anniversary Gala Dinner my biggest soup scoop was missing. But somebody took care of this problem
SO HERE THE FESTIVE DINNER :
BUNDABERG BEAN SOUP (Raisins soaked in rum)
COQ AU VIN (Chicken sauteed in 1966 Barossa Valley Shiraz red wine)
SIBERIAN MOUSSE (from tundra blueberries and vodka)

My thoughts on the menu so far.

BUNDABERG BEAN SOUP (Raisins soaked in rum)
Make sure the raisins soak in the rum for at least three days.... otherwise I would suggest
underground Pearls... ( peanuts soaked in rum or vodka)

COQ AU VIN (Chicken sauteed in 1966 Barossa Valley Shiraz red wine)
Wot? No Jacob's Creek Merlot ?

SIBERIAN MOUSSE (from tundra blueberries and vodka)
I do hope that's not a mi[img][/img]s-spelling of Mouses !
