Both of those activities are banned under our laws.
But I can offer you some fruit juice, unfermented of course.
But not for a day or so... Our fruit juice ration is not due for a couple of days.
Things have been tight since since a grove of Stomper Trees .. umm.. stomped on our main fruit trres and vines.

But I suppose you'd get used to it ... in time.
