Yea, I'm guessing early 2006, MOTW timeline, around the same time as SF3 (so when I'm reading it, I'm picturing Sakura as being, like, at least 27, you go Rock!). But it's not that it really matters that much. Now I dunno where southtown is, but I'm guess it's south enough so that it never snows or gets too cold.
And I predict that by the end of december, Gavok and Graf will be the only ones who have signed up for FAJ for an entire month, kicking it tag-team style.
