I wouldn't use Orochi with them. He's too bigtime to be in a group like that. It's like Blackheart being a member of OOSHA or Thanos joining the Sinister Six. He just has more important things to do, rather than hang out with what he'd consider a lesser villain group. It would probably be better to replace him with, say, Abdul.
Still, the idea is a good one, especially with the Clay9999-is-Kyo thing going on right now. You could even have them try to recruit Jae.
