...I only have the very slightest idea of who Dick Danger is, and no clue at all about Spongebob Squarepants. Unfortunately I do remember Captain Planet.
You know, I just realised that if I know it from anywhere, I'm 90% sure it's from something by El Rutt, be it either one of his past parts or starters.
