In short: You would write directly from chapter 136.
In long: As it is you writing the chapter, and not the person who skipped, then you get to do whatever you like.
That said, there are few niceties to observe. If the person who skipped publicly announced some of their ideas, and you want to use them, then check in with him/her and see if it's OK. But you aren't obligated to use them if you don't want to.
