If you're referring to "Breeze," then I'll bet the farm that the singer is Megumi Hayashibara, who is also the voice actress for Lina, Ranma, Tenchi's mother, Faye Valentine, Musashi (aka Jessie), Haruka, Lime, Tira Misu, Canal Vorfeed, Rei Ayanami, Lucia, Momiji and Pai.

You should have little trouble finding out more about her on the Internet. However, if you're serious about buying her music, CD Japan would be a good starting place.
