Unfortunately I don't know anything about a handful of those characters and I'm oblivious to most of the histories of many others.
Though if I did join, I'd probably go with this team:
Joseph Joestar, age 68 (obscure, yes. But he's easily explainable and isn't nearly as powerful as the other JBA heroes)
Venom
Juggernaut, circa present.
Solomon Grundy
Sub-Zero, circa MK:DA
Hell, if I couldn't use Joseph I'd use The Shade. I don't know shit about him, but he kicked major ass on the Justice League cartoon ^_^
