But remember back in the day, when I said I wanted to use Dr Catastrophous as my character in an RPG?
Yeah, I didn't either.
But, after all this time, I've finally gotten in the right game (Adventure! a 1920's pulp game with an entire chapter on mad science rules), and it's been pretty sweet. Since W4 said to post things about the game, and there's some good stuff to post, I'm doing it.
The PCs are the Doc, played by me, Marie, a young super genius who loves making robotic creepy vermin, played by Liz, and 'Winch' Winchester, drunken ignorant outlaw gunfighter left over from the Wild West, played by Josh.
Now, on with the show...
[after Winch catches a bullet during a fight he started]
Doc: "How have you survived this long?"
Winch: [gets out his flask, and smokes a cigarette down to ash in one drag] "Clean livin'."
Doc: ...Of course! Now, About your injuries... [hands him a small jar of olives] These will make it easier for you to recover, just don't have more than one every eight hours. If you do have more than that, be sure to write down the side effects for my records.
More to come, when I have more time to post.
