Although the term refurbish is what makes me believe it is the main field with the athletics track rather than any or all of the adjoining fields. I would prefer that you are right but I given the term I just can't imagine it being anywhere else unless they surprise us and it ends up being Burns.
BTW, if Calgary's plan isn't selected as one of the host cities, what are the odds the project gets followed through on? Hmmm....
