Has that ever happened for indoor?

I know that a play-off with Lethbridge for the third spot usually happens for outdoor, but does this happen for indoor? The last two years, Lethbridge has played in indoor provincials, and not done all that well. ASA site seems to indicate an automatic berth for Lethbridge into the indoor provincials in Edmonton this year.
