It's a Zender spoiler

Mike got the spoiler from Steve Soar. It was on, or came along with, a car he purchased.

I've never seen another one like it, but I agree it looks very good on his car.

You could contact Zender (http://www.zender.de/) to see if they know of anyone who still might have one of these around. Old VW kits that are NLA show up from time to time, so it's possible one of these is out there collecting dust in someone's warehouse.
