Response to I don't think it's a JCW spoiler

I LOVE the way the PF rear panels look on the car!! Something about that swept angle up from the forward bottom to the upper rear just turns me on. I don't, however, like the front panels at all. I'm sure they are fine for racing applications, but if I were building a street car I would want something better looking than the PF fronts. For a number of years my plan for a body kitted X1/9 street car has been to use a set of the rear panels from PF coupled with something else up front, the trouble is, what? I think it would look crappy to use Eurosport fronts with PF rears, or even Dallara fronts, it would look too mismatched I think, I don't know, maybe just some of those FAZA hugeass flares in front with PF rears? That might look too funky too, but I am determined one day if I ever do a body kit it would have to have PF rears, I just love them! By the way, PF panels ARE made for racing applications, in other words, to use them on a street car they would probably need significant reinforcement / strengthening -Mac
