As Eric noted, the 20x13x9.5 are an option. I would go with Hoosier's R25A or R35 compound. The thing is your existing wheels are too wide for this size. They are intended for 7" wide wheels and can be used on 8's but that's as wide as they can go. 9s are out of the question.
There are some non-cantilever slicks but your car is way to heavy for those. They are intended for a 1000 lbs car WITH the driver. They won't work on a 1700 lbs car.
If you are going to stick with the 9" wide wheels I would go with the Hoosier A6 DOT race tire, 225/45-13. These are nearly as fast as the cantilever on asphalt in cool conditions. The cantilever slicks are faster if you can get them to temperature or running on concrete.
