Because of the tight confines, you want the the tightest radius you can find. I think I used 6", or maybe it was 8 but I really think it was 6".

Also, I would recommend against 2.5" ID pipe. Go with 2.25 ID. The larger ID will not generate adequate velocity to scavenge very well.

There are lots of places you can buy the bends. I found JC Whitney had good prices on SS. I bought plain mild steel and had it ceramic coated. That works great.
