The Uno Turbo head is pretty much identical to the 1500 FI head - enough so that the two are interchangeable.
The earlier 10 stud head is not interchangeable so if you have an early 1500 engine then you are out of luck when it comes to just swapping heads.
The Uno Turbo block is the same as the 1500 block (with the same caveat as above), the differences are the oil jets and obviously the pistons, rods, etc. The UT pistons are pretty good thanks to being redesigned by IHI and obviously more suited to a turbo application than the 1500 pistons. You could happily use the 1500 block in place of the UT block but I would recommend trying to stick with the bottom end or going for custom forged items to the same end.
