Response to the injector or carb cooling switch is the only dry one. (nt)

We're talking about different things, right?

This car didn't come with an injector cooling fan (although I did buy one on ebay) only to find out the cooling fan ductwork wants to sit in the left rear corner of the trunk - in the same spot as my radio antenna.

If I get some time, I'll go poke around the engine compartment to see if I can find the injector cooling switch. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see it's disconnected since the there's no space for the fan ducting to go.

'79 X1/9 (maybe I should start calling this a '79/84 X/19 to avoid confusion)
'86 X/19 (and I could call this the '86/86 X1/9 to be consistent)
'81 Spider 2000 (and I could call this an '81/81 Spider since it's got a different engine, although the donor engine was from another '81).
