Yea, Europa mass produce, all of what 9,000 or so cars ever produced with fiberglass that would make a hobbyist boat builder working in their garage proud.. Oh, don't forget Colin Chapman did not believe in corrosion protection on the thin sheet metal frame, maybe to save weight? In ways, the do make the X look like a S body Mercedes in comparison. Seriously, the Europa is one of the cars I fancy. Back in the day, I drove several and was hooked on it's charm and chassis's abilities. Nearly purchased one, but reality settled in and got an X instead and the rest is history. To this day, I'm going to get a Europa one day along with an Elise... Lotus is another very mis-understood car by so many car folks.
