Outside of the vacuum advance, I wouldn't expect any others. The vacuum operated carb secondary and gulp valve from the old carb, etc. should be long gone.
Secondly... with duals, I would expect that the dizzy should be re-curved so that it will give you a FULL 30+ degrees advance just from the centrifical weights. A trimming of the stops and possibly "weaker" springs with the proper amount of finesse would be able to achieve this.
Many folks just set up their original static 5 degree advanced engines to 10 degrees, disconnect and plug the vacuum hose, and let the STOCK centrificals do the rest. I would imagine this would get you to about 25 degrees total advance... but I'm unsure if its advancing WHEN it should, or if you are leaving something on the table without the FULLEST advance necessary for an optimum running engine.
AFAIK... the only advantage of having a vacuum advance would be to hold the advance in a "slightly retarded" state for a "smoother" transition when accelerating, using the standard carburetor. All this, plus all other "streetable aspects" shoulda gone out the window with the duals.
Lastly... on my stocker with a mildly upgraded carb to a 32mm... I run no more than a 7 degree static advance with the stock dizzy and vacuum setup. Anymore, and the crappy 91 octane CA gas will PING, and its the strangest noise you've ever heard! Took me a week to figure it out! HA!
