Im new to the group and in Queensland, Australia. I have an 80 X which I have been working on over the last four years. I have rebuilt the pedal box and installed new master cylinders but Im not sure about bleeding the clutch. Is there any special procedure to use to get the air out. I took the car to a mechanic to do the job, but there still seems to be air in the system. Bleeding the brakes was a breeze, I have a mighty vac but doesnt seem to help. Also, with the rod on the slave cylinder, is there some particular setting when adjusting the rod so that the clutch actuating lever is at the correct tension. Thanks for any help.
