Engine stands with the extensions added to make sure the car clears the stand when rotated....



Bar and tubes welded up - tubes slide into the car where the bumper struts go and bolt to the car, make sure you insert the tubes and bolt them first - then weld. this ensures the bolt holes line up......






drill a hole in the stand legs, thread a bolt through a nut - place the bolt and nut over the hole and weld - this keeps the braces between the stands from moving and locks the whole thing rigid...



And here is one I prepared earlier...... this is what it looks like all bolted up.



I used a engine hoist at either end with a chain through the bar to lift it onto the engine stands, remove it the same way..... hey presto!!



Makes this sort of work sooooooo easy,
