Hey mike, we are cutting the fenders off it should be cool but thanks for the offer the guy fitting it has built several for himself he also builds the kits so he has the experience.

Best thing is i am not paying a thing!!
The body kit and fitting is free he is fitting the kit for me as payment for my x race car that my father and i gave him.

I would love some more pic's of your car like detail ones in the guards and the front section where it joins to the guards and the front nose cone. What do you have planned grile wise up the front and in the side pods, these are all things i am trying to work out at the moment.

Thanks mike

What have you done under the guards did you paint underneath before you put the guards one. Thats impressive that you have modified the front to allow for a 74 grill nice work.

i attached my flares to metal. I sanded the areas where its attached all the way to metal. i cut some of the fenders out so that the wheels will turn good because they are so wide. my x is a 87 and i bought a 74 grill well acutally two of them so that i could make the front around the grill. see early pic below

Nice car jj its in a similar state to mike's, i wish mine was that far along i wouldn't have said they were for fog lights however if that is what you like then go for it. I am just going to be making up aluminum surrounds and using a silver finished wire mesh to finish of these holes.
