I still have my site.. sorta.*yawn* I need to get some Ben Gay or however it's spelled.... works nicely.... didn't even feel the muscle tearing from the bone... until the cool down.

And if anyone was wondering... That's what shin splints are!^^ Yaaay! The muscle tearing from the bone so you can either rest it and ice or just ice... So.. I ice... everyday... This one gal was so funny today when she was icing 'cause her hips hurt she had the bags stuffed in her pants and we were walking up the hill to go cheer and she's like..."I feel so self concious...."
