Ara, you're so cute! (ara-land ... lol)
Aah! So this is the story with the mysterious school. I'm assuming that all of your senshi are going to the same one. Hmm ... I think your choice of name for your senshi is pretty cool, although the Star part seems a bit redundant (but that's just me). How about comets, or asteroids, or novae, or meteors? Hmm ... how about relate the school's name to the team name they choose (or vice versa)? Or you could relate any names to the Greek myth of Andromeda and Perseus. And for some reason, the name: The Perseus Institute, keeps bopping me on the head.
-lightning flash- I know what you can call the villains! The Three Gorgons. Why? Well the Perseus myth goes kinda like this. I can't quite recall the reason, but he had to kill the evil monster Medusa (an evil woman-monster-thing with snakes instead of hair who can turn men into stone statues with one look). Medusa lives on this far off island, with her two sister companions and they all have the same beauty problem (snake hair among the multitude of other ugliness). The three of them are known as the Gorgons. Now, Perseus manages to kill Medusa (when the other two were sleeping) by cutting off her head (oh, btw the myth says that from Medusa's blood, the winged horse Pegasus was born). He puts the head in a bag to take it home. On the way, he passes a city (forgot the name), and learns that a princess is about to be sacrificed to a sea-monster all because her mother said that she was more beautiful than the goddess Aphrodite. (Aphrodite got jealous and sent sea-monster to terrorise the city). Perseus (who has the use of Hermes/Mercury's winged sandals) flys to defend the poor princess and pulls out the Medusa head. The sea-monster sees it and turns to stone. Of course, Perseus and Andromeda (the sacrificial princess) fall in love, yadda, yadda, yadda. And there's more, but I can't remember.
Before I go, I just want to say, I love your character descriptions. It's nice to see different kinds of characters who aren't model perfect. And I have to confess, your villains are just TOO COOL!!! I think I like them more than I like your senshi! lol j/k I especially like the youngest one. She reminds me of Drusilla (from Buffy, in case anyone is drawing a mental blank). You might have a hard time writing her dialogues, because she seems the prophetic type, and tends to 1) talk in riddles, and 2) speak in rhyme. But that's just how I perceive her.
Anyhoo, I'll stop here.
C-ya!
