Running shoes have metal spikes on them... so if one gets spiked it can bleed... and it's not cool..

But when I accidentally spiked someone I only got their shoe so it didn't touch the skin. Didn't hurt them. But she still glared at me.^^; Meet tomorrow. walks around singing the school fight song Wehee! I'm ready. Ran nine miles this morning with someone. Can't wait to kick some behind! If we do well on both Frosh/Soph and Varsity levels on Saturday(I won't be running the open I don't think!!!! Waha!!) I think I'll cry. I got all emotional last Saturday.^^; But it was cool. Sorry if I'm boring everyone with my XC ramblings...^^;;;; But it's what I do for at least 2 1/2 hours six days a week.^^;
