Barring the ghost cheat, how do I get into the westside docks? I can't seem to find a key, or the keypad number, anywhere.

If you were chased down by a Riot Cop and talked to him (I know Odaiba had a tendacy to shoot him...) then check your Goals/Notes. The keycode for the West Docks is there.

is the room in the Aqua Grill supposed to drown everyone? is the toilet and some dining rooms supposed to be all water? coz that was weird as crap.

Yeah... that whole drowning thing wasn't normal. The maps been a perpetual problem with stuff like that. It's fixed in the next patch which I'm tempted to release today, but don't really know :|
