I went to the aquabus terminal and talked to the lady, who then instructed me to find the water repair station (or something like that?) to get to the towers, and then talk to one of her friends. Well, I found the secret TMG hideout in the basement, grabbed the augs, but I can't seem to find where I'm supposed to go. I've searched the basement endlessly and then went back up to the shopping plaza itself and wandered around to no avail. Would anyone direct me as to where I should go? I'm gonna go crazy =/

In the same room of the basement which had the entrance to the TMG lab (or maybe the next room over) is a passage to the sewer passageways. Just check all the hallways and you'll find it.

The entrance into the passage way is on the bottom floor, with the all brick walls and the fenced in areas. It's difficult to find though so you'll have to poke around.
