Let's see...
- Front Door
- Use the police chopper and enter from the roof
- Go to the roof of the Chibi Electric Company and cross the conveniently placed electrical wiring that manages to hold a 160-180lbs human armed to the teeth without wavering...
- Use the sewer access via either the small buddhist temple or the water works.
All of those plus the option to turn off the power prior to entering.

hm, didn't know about this one. gotta try it... BTW, can that wiring be destroyed with a lam? that would be a convenient way to knock out the bank's power supply...
buddhist temple? you mean the one in that square? another thing to try. but why is the sewer access hatch in the bank locked after i've gone in this way? would be another way out...
Regarding the wires: No. I also find it a silly option in hind sight because in a city layout like that, above ground electrical wiring seems odd. I don't ever remember seeing a lot of above ground electrical equipment in downtown Houston and we're sea level. Not to mention if it really was above ground, there'd need to be a whole lot more electrical cable.
Buddhist Temple: Yes, the square. Try right-clicking on the base of the buddha.
Sewer Access Hatch is locked: It was for some reason during development and I forget why now. Originally the only way out was by jumping off the roof. The problem there was I could never convey that to the player. It ended up just being an option to who ever poked around and paid attention. But seeing how many problems we've got with just the Banzai Jump fix, I'm kind of glad it became simply an option and not the only way out.
Chibi Electric Company: There's no key into the company. You take an elevator up to the offices. It's right next to Yokotani Bank. The Water company doesn't have a key either, but nothing a couple of well placed 10mm bullets can't fix.
i managed to get that hatch open, but when i jumped down i got stuck down there. there was a room with some "water" but when i was down there, i was walking, not swimming. no ladder :-( no exit, no new map loaded, nothing. the only way out was cheating. :-(
