Ok, got some augs I picked up, I think in the disco, maybe a bit before that in the apartment garden. Problem is, they have no description, and you can't install them. There is no function listed, so that really don't do any good. Kind of frustrating because I didn't know that until I tried installing them, and then I realized I had been hauling them for nothing :(

Yes, there's two like this in the lockers of the underground railway station just after the wrecked disco, and another one later in the game.

They could be explained as black-market fakes, or old, expired technology, I guess.
