Does anybody know how to get in to Kaubki Cho and the Westside docks? I neither have nor know how to get a pass to get in to Kabuki Cho, the keypads at the docks can't be hacked, and there's no code. Also, the cheats don't work on my copy of the game.

Since my cheats don't work, I've tried just about everything except storming the streets and fragging everything that moves, hoping what I need will be on one of the bodies.

Yea you have to get the dock codes from somewhere....they're somewhere I just cant remember. If you STILL cant i'll give u the code in a bit, off the top of my head I dun remember where I got them, just check your handy dandy datalogs*

you get the code by talking to someone. (or remeber it from the previous playthrough). so if you frag the guy (and the 2 others) who can give you that code, you'll have to try out many numbers on that keypad or find another way into kabuki-cho (yes, there is one!)
