Bug: unlimited goal points

Found a bug in reguards to reading a book:
Its in the second level with all the friendlys, before the explosion. In one of the offices, in a cabinet, you read a book (titled Omitachi Lab Protocols, Section 9: Emergency Situations). When you read it, you recieve 500 goal points. Yet if you read it again, you get points again.
