I'm just a local in the town and I've been hearing that Dover is getting some guys that are from here that left back from the Norwich Merchants including Sean McLeod, Steven Boyd, and Mike Walker. Just my question is, Can walker even come back to play with the Sailors where he started, because he is in his overager year. And he did play with norwich last season. Also do McLeod and Boyd have to get releases from norwich inorder to come back to Dover? If someone could help me out that would be great.

Sorry to tell you but you are wrong, mcleod and boyd will be back in norwich and walker will be lucky to get a release to come back, he would have to get cut from norwich and the apply to come back but i couldn't see the oha allowing it or alot more players would be doing the same.

Well the word on the street I've heard from a few young men is that the boys are attempting on coming back and they are bringing is a few new players with them apparently. Could it end up being their year? Or atleast their best since the Christo era

Things have changed since the last time i posted, there is a chance some players might be coming back but time will tell i guess, i hope the team can get some players out and be competitive again, it would be great for the town, all they need now is Tim to come back!

Well Dover can't do anything until Walker is cut from Norwich, I am sure Dover would love to have him back but he has to apply to the OHA first i believe

My prediction is Dover, Hagersville and Wellesley are back in the top 5 again, with st.george and burford slipping back down to the bottom of the league because of key players not being able to return.

I was at boston pizza last night and happened to run into walker he said he doesn't know what hes doing he might even just hang the skates up. I also had asked him about Mcleod and he said he doesn't know but probably Norwich again, same with Boyd.

Davis not only sucked when he came back from his life altering surgery, he sucked before he had it. Dover has a chance to make third place this year and they don't need anymore whiners than they already have, By the way PDoyle rocks and always will.

Hey its a rod, alex rodriquez what if you went and played for Ayr their looking for players you might be the perfect fit there could maybe score 50 goals this year you never know just work hard and get your sleep. Nobody thought I could drive in a 150 plus runs this year but I just got my sleep and look what happened.

So you all know Davis is headed off to C town to play with Simcoe, He is a good offensive player but watching him in summer hockey he sure made some goof ups-perhaps that is why Dover doesn't want him back. You talk about Midget players where do you think he played, yes...thats right, for the Norwich Knighthawks on their midget team. Get with the program.
