The Simcoe Reformer has reported that the Port Dover Sailors have replaced all existing executive including President, Vice President, and General Manager, could this be a re birth of what once was a solid organization or has this change come way too late?

Sailors had a total takeover by a new group, President-gone Secretary-Gone Treasurer-Gone Directors-7 new directors General Manager-Retired.

Could be a new start and a new agressive approach to players, OR Someone with a major ego and friends.. Hopefully it is for the good of the team.

Slade as GM? Hope Bollert hasn't rubbed off on him to much, they have worked together in Simcoe and then 10 years together in Dover. Maybe not.. Slade has never had a problem letting his opinion be know. He was Pres in Waterford for four years and turned the old boys club on their ear, sent teams to and hosted teams from Belgium? I think, Came up with a new constatution and Bylaws fair to all members.
He also started the new arena project with the town of Simcoe through a government grant.

He also is a pain in the ass if he thinks he is right, gotta prove him wrong, but hes OK.
