Text translations are available that make games playable.

As far as I know no eng translations of the roms have been started. I'd be very interested if you hear otherwise.

I have both games currently on my gba flash card and they are quite good. IMO: Much better than that crappy DS duel sympathy game....

Text translations/walkthroughs are available here for both which will make the games playable.
