"Did you want to know about mating, or being afraid of mating, or wanting a true mate?" Neph asked back, equalabily. "I could tell you about the physical part of mating - both in heat and not in heat. The other two wouldn't be as easy to tell." Neph rolled out of the hammock, leaping lightly to the ground, and padded over to her desk. She did this all so matter-of-factly, not letting up on the emotional side of Terossa's question.
